Harvested early in the morning to ensure freshness is retained before whole bunch pressing and a cool fermentation in stainless steel. Time spent in French Oak barriques to build further weight and richness into the wine. Intermittent stirring has helps build weight and soften the edges to deliver a full-throttle Chardonnay. Bottled with minimal fuss and minimal handling.
